Over the next few months, the bride-to-be will be
overwhelmed with wedding tasks. To aide you through
the chaos, we are providing you with a breakdown of how the
gown ordering process unfolds.
New Order
Upon choosing the gown of your dreams, you will be asked
to provide your name (wedding party name if not a bride) and
phone number. We also ask that you provide a back up
number to ensure we are able to reach you. You will
also be asked to provide your "wear date" so we can make
sure that your gown is in on time.
Sizing
To ensure that your dress arrives in the correct size we
will measure your bust, waist, and hips. As each
designer provides their own sizing chart, and no two sizes
are ever the same, it is important to consult the designer
specific chart when deciding on the gown size. It is
important to remember that not everybody's body has the same
shape so some minor alterations may still be required when
your dress arrives to make sure it fits your body perfectly.

Half of the total cost is requested (50%)
Bridesmaids - Half of the total cost is requested (50%)
Mother of the

Shoes - Half of

Delivery
Wedding Gowns -
12 weeks (3 months) approximately

All of the
delivery times are approximate. Please allow for some
minor delays due to delivery, demand and especially customs.
We will stay on top of delayed orders to ensure that you are
100% ready for your wedding date!
Arrival &
Steaming
Upon arrival your
gown will be steamed and prepared so that it is fresh,
wrinkle free and ready to go! We will call you as soon
as it is ready to be picked up. The remaining balance
on your gown must be paid in full within 15 days of arrival
(when we phone you to say it's ready)
Pick up &
Alterations
Once your gown
has been picked up, it's time for alterations. Please
make sure that you have any and all undergarments and your
shoes in your possession when you make your appointment.

Week of the
Wedding
Once all of your alterations are complete, your dress will
no doubt need to be freshened up. We will gladly steam your
gown the week of your wedding, free of charge.
